2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Swoop for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share your account credentials with others

3. Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the prompts and content you create using Swoop. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us permission to use your content to provide and improve our services.

5. AI Model Usage

Swoop provides access to multiple AI models. The responses generated by these models are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content.

6. Limitation of Liability

Swoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
